Vanessa Rossouw

Sacred Ceremony Facilitator and Integration Coach

About

My life experiences brought me to this moment.

My work with plant medicines, as well as a variety of energy modalities, has allowed me to live life to the fullest, a chance to RE-member who I am, and to RE-connect with my soul.

I have explored expanded states of consciousness through a variety of modalities such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, conscious movement, family constellation, past life regression, and plants for the last number of years. I have been able to live a life of sobriety since 2020 and have learned to love and trust myself from a place of kindness. I have also managed to process childhood traumas that affected me throughout my life. I am passionate about helping people find their way back to themselves. I know this is my soul’s purpose.

I am a certified Integration Coach through Third Wave’s Coaching Certification Program, an intense 6-month training program covering scientific, evidence-based approaches to transformational psychedelic use. As a member of this community, I have access to medical and mental health professionals as well as scientists to better serve the needs of my clients. I am committed to continuing education and staying on top of the latest research and protocols related to plant medicines, behavioural change, and coaching.

Through personal experience, professional training, intuition, and compassion, I guide clients through their journeys of healing and transformation. I have walked the road of recovery from addiction and trauma (childhood and adult alike), and in the end, I see all my experiences in life as gifts. It allows me to be able to work from a place of understanding and compassion for clients going through the same challenges and helping them, firstly to recognise, then accepting, nurturing, and ultimately letting go of the events that leave us feeling unworthy in life.

My passion is to be of service in the best possible way I can. Click here to schedule a FREE 30-minute consultation call with me to discover our compatibility for working together.

Testimonials

“For people serious about an improvement in their life in a specific area, this could be an answer. It has worked for me (now 7+ weeks free of anti-depressants), and been the small reset that I was looking for.”

“My one experience of doing a SOMA journey was where I felt upheld, unsupported, and quite frankly terrified. Stepping in with Vanessa I had a beautiful warm sense of comfort from the get-go. I felt 100% safe and held, from the moment I stepped through her door. Journeying with one of my besties allowed me to be in an even safer space and at one point we were laughing so much …. I had never felt such joy whilst on a plant medicine journey. I will without a doubt ask Vanessa to hold space for me again.”

“I had an experience with Vanessa that I can only describe as life transforming and ‘out of this world’! Since my ceremony, I have been able to express how comfortable I now feel in my skin, feeling connected to my environment and happy to be living my best life through this experience with An Infinite Something.”

“Vanessa has a heart as big as you get them, and stepping into this deep space of vulnerability and healing, you wish to have that love holding you safe, allowing you to step into whatever your soul needs. You can be certain of a hugely transformational experience, stepping into a new you in a very supportive embrace.”

“For someone that suffers with intense anxiety, I felt safe and encouraged to show up for myself. Vanessa even held my hand going into the ceremony. This magical experience brought nothing but warmth and smiles and I now push my own boundaries with minimal fear! I have formed many new good habits and I thank Vanessa from the bottom of my heart for holding space and allowing me to become a better version of myself.”

“I was able to make peace with a very traumatic past, letting go of the depressive anchors that influenced my life. This was one of the best choices I have ever made to invest in myself and finding the help I needed.”
